Capo is a native iOS app for exploring chords, scales, and intervals on a responsive fretboard. It shares the same theory catalog as Sonid — notes, intervals, chords, and scales — so what you study in lessons maps directly to the neck in your hands.
What you can do on day one
- Pick any chord or scale from the theory library and see it on the fretboard
- Switch between voicing mode (curated guitar shapes) and full neck mode (every chord tone highlighted)
- Tap notes for interval names, pitch info, and links to Sonid articles
- Favorite theory topics for quick access during practice
Built for multiple instruments
Guitar is the default, but Capo also supports bass, ukulele, and mandolin layouts with instrument-specific tunings. Alternate tunings unlock with Capo Plus.

Share a chord or scale URL from sonid.app and open it directly in Capo. The app parses locale and theory path segments so your study context travels with the link.
